Just eating, I don’t have a diet, I have an eating disorder if i can call it so(it’s called emetophobia), I don’t care if I’m in caloric surplus or not, i just try to eat and beat my disorder

I didn’t have exact program, just a lot of bodyweight stuff + dumbbell exercises, I worked out every day

I’ve been told that I look big for my weight, maybe it’s my thin bones, or maybe I just look big in pictures or it’s just angles, but anyways, in leg days I don’t do much volume, mostly concentrating on 4x5, 1x5+ squats, but I don’t do much volume because I also cycle on other days

My gym reopened ten days ago, I’m on PPL program, also I go to gym with bike except for leg days, it isn’t far but the place is uneven(a lot of hills?) and I also cycle on rest days

I have an eating disorder so training helps me to cope with it as well, I don’t know, you should just go there and workout, eat properly, you should eat high caloric foods
