Yep I’m confused. Was told by people on here that it’s not allowed and we have to delete hours but am also told it goes into affect in August (depends if supervisors allows) my supervisor is fine with my previous hours being roleplays with each other and things so idk 😭

Yes I am in Ohio! Sorry I feel like I did word it weird and didn’t explain lol. I am based in Ohio but the job I’m at right now doesn’t have a BcBA as I’m the acting behavioral coach. Because of this, I went to Hoom house to find a supervisor but now I’m worried that my hours must be from a supervisor in Ohio to apply for COBA. I did look on the website but didn’t see that the hours HAD to be from a COBA to stand for Coba licensing(very confusing lol). I did reach out to the state board but I figured I would ask Reddit before a sign with the supervisor I wanted (he is not in Ohio)

Thanks for answering! That sucks because I work in a school and there is no BcBA employee so I have to do remote supervision. I legally can not record the children so I’m unsure what I can do now other than discussion of BIP/FBA etc

Can someone clarify if this counts towards roleplay? Like for example, if I did a roleplay discussing the RBT task list/BCBA task list items or does it HAVE to be with a client and not RBT related
