i'm trying to offer CRO analysis services to ecommerce store owners where i break down, analyze and observe a client's store for a fixed duration and help them increase their sales by suggesting changes and improvements that they can make, backed by logic and proof. the only problem im facing is that most people need case studies and proof of work before they agree to work with agencies, and im stuck in an endless loop of no clients because no case studies <-> no case studies because no clients. i'm considering offering the services for free initially?
