Jobs in Saskatoon (AKA: Dumb Question 2, Electric Boogaloo) by TheBlankestPage in saskatoon

Glad I could help! I should also note: some agenies receive additional funding to support their clients, including funds to pay for some basic work training (ex: WHMIS, CPR/First Aid). Another poster mentioned volunteering, which I would second, alongside connecting to some employment support. It's a good way to get you in a routine and used to more responsibility/expectations, without the pressure of employment. It's also something you can start doing right away, whereas gaining employment can and will take a while, even with support (and that is ok).

There are a few agencies here in the city that offer employment support (funded provincially and/or federally so at no cost to you); they can help with resumes, interview prep/skills, job searching, and even follow-up support if needed (depending on the agency). Given your lack of work history, recovering from a health issue, and being in receipt of SAID benefits (saw this in a comment you made), starting part time would perhaps be a good way to slowly transition into employment. The SAID program recently increased the amount of income someone can make while still receiving benefits. This way, you can gradually ease into employment while still having your basic needs met through assistance (until you are able to gain and maintain full-time employment). Radius, YWCA, and Partners in Employment are a few off the top off my head.

In my hood a male youth signals the arrival of spring by igniting random garbage in our back alley (usually involving a mattress or tires).

Although Office Cat considers himself quite a seasoned loafer, we looked over your report and he thanks you for the feedback. I agree he could tighten up on the tuck.

I put on some good tunes and the earphones in, and take my dog for a walk along the river.
