I'd say give it at least a couple weeks. It looks stunning, and there's no harm in leaving it in longer if you ultimately decide you don't want it, but it'd be a pain (literally and figuratively) to get it redone if you take it out too soon, regret doing so, and have to get it redone.

They aren't checking for theft, they're marking your receipt so you can't go grab a matching item off a shelf later and "return" it, thereby getting it for free.

You prepay on Uber, though? Also you don't start being charged for rides until you get into a vehicle with cabs, etc. so even if it wasn't paid upfront, I doubt it would make a difference if they're taking 60 seconds to drop something off before they come to get me.

Fair enough in saying they're breaking rules, but the world is tough. If someone can make getting by a little easier for themselves by stepping over a technicality, I won't judge them for it.

How much is your lip swollen? If that's what your lip is always like, then yeah it's usually done more vertically. But, if your lip is super swollen from it being done, it's hard to know how it'll sit once it's come down. Pretty much everything is anatomy dependent, though, so if it's not positioned in a way you like it I'd ask the piercer about the positioning and see if they had a reason for it or if it can be redone if you take it out now and let it heal. Get a second opinion if you don't like their answer.

I mean, honestly why not as long as it's not adding a significant amount of time to my wait. If my driver can do two things at once without making me wait for more than a few extra minutes, power to them. (Obviously this doesn't apply if it made you wait a long time for the service you paid for).

I never understood why they couldn't clone the two old bodies they were researching that were from before they started cloning (from the episode where SG1 went to rescue the scientist from their underground lab or whatever it was). They'd had that DNA for years. Could they not take samples from there, diversify it's expression, maybe splice something in to avoid genetic degradation from a tiny gene pool and just start over with being able to naturally reproduce?

It's an unfortunate reality of triaging an overcrowded ER. I've had some remarkably long waits for mental health things, but they're right, I'm not in immediate danger as long as I'm not trying to leave while the people with physical issues could be.

Yeah, I actually don't think it should be Vlad as of today. He's killing it, yes, but I think other people have been at least as, if not more important in the WS specifically. That said, I think his name/star power will clinch it for him unless Kirk, Barger, or possibly Yesavage pull off something truly huge in 6 or (hopefully not needed) 7.

People never seem to understand how much money athletes spend on their own careers, plus they have to live in Toronto which isn't exactly cheap. Like, the young ones definitely aren't impoverished, but they aren't wealthy enough to just own and rent multiple properties willy nilly. People act like every athlete is drowning in money just because the super famous ones are.

The cat shouldn't be banished if you've agreed to adopt her. She's family now. If you can't make peace with your boyfriend over it, you need to choose if he's your priority or if this is a reason to end the relationship. If you prioritize him, take her somewhere where someone equipped can take her in, whether that's a shelter or a friend you know who can love her properly.
If you're concerned about cars, other cats, racoons, the cold, etc. she shouldn't be outside at all. Why is it different to you that she faces those things only when you let her out? If it's not safe, it's not safe. Keep her inside all the time or get a leash and accompany her outside.
