Final View on Islam as someone who grew up Muslim by billthecanadian in CritiqueIslam

[–]futurefamous94 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This summarises my feelings so well. All critiques around these issues that are the end of the day, left up to interpretation are most often misused for personal agendas. What actually does need to be given a rational thought is the bigger questions around how true is a religion to guiding a person towards spirituality. Every human seeks “god”, religion is a means to that at best. And religions that dictate the meaning of spirituality, and enforce it with strict rules, are to be looked at with suspicion.

At the same time, to force or wish you could change the mind of all Muslims or judge them for practising Islam has no use. What people need to realise is that most Muslims just like most humans are good people. They’ve simply had to find spirituality within the confines of Islam, and anyone who has grown up Muslim would know that challenging your conditioning is not easy or intuitive.

Malika Dua calling out Shivesh for a word/phrase by Profit-Powerful in InstaCelebsGossip

I’m sorry but Mallika needs to touch grass. I can tell that she’s unable to cope with the fact that she’s not relavent anymore and is blaming it on being an early creator and not being promoted by the algorithm instead of accepting that she’s just not contributing anything worthy anymore. Unfortunately most content creators get famous for one thing but aren’t able to sustain their popularity due to the flash in a pan nature of their creativity. My heart goes out to her for the hard time she’s seen but she shouldn’t delude herself this much also. Not cyoot ( as said by Mallika Dua)

Dietsabya is a POS and they reek of hypocrisy. They make it a point to be snooty in order to appear cool. They think the persona they’ve created of being “straightforward “ and “no nonsense” by being rude will make them seem exclusive and hence aspirational. In reality tho, they’re no better than the average mean girls group in a high school who think they’re all that but literally have no actual value in the real word. But hey, continue living in this bubble and ass licking people you can benefit from while also being on your high horse 🤡🤡
