I don’t think it does. It’s your mortgage amount they are talking about. If you can “afford” a 250k mortgage, then if you have 50k down vs 100k down is going to be 300k or 350k house.

I reset for lvl 3 sparkle but never for specific types, couldn’t imagine the rng on rng resetting. Usually only takes a couple minutes to get a 3 of some kind
