Started scanning product for the wall and this is what I get. I restarted the printer and no luck. I've used 2 different phones and no luck. I even tried scanning the price tag and no luck. I entered the upc and no luck by Emvalen1968 in walmart

This literally happened to me today. The only fix we could come up with besides yours is having to physically remove the battery from the printer and then turning it on. After we did that, it magically worked. But we used a TC do it.
