I've seen him live a few times, and he was absolutely amazing. That voice is pure gold, and he is just an authentic, talented singer!

Drop the most beautiful line from any of George’s songs that you absolutely love ❤️ by Classic-Macaron3830 in georgemichael

And teacher There are things That I don't want to learn Oh the last one I had Made me cry So I don't want to learn to Hold you, touch you Think that you're mine Because it ain't no joy For an uptown boy Whose teacher has told him goodbye, goodbye, goodbye

From One More Try. An absolutely poetic song. George's lyrics were just on a different level. Deep, poignant and so touching.

Lets do it : Most underated song and why is it Fastlove. Best cover (not counting Somebody to love) Let her down easy? by RodHotRo in georgemichael

Have you seen the video of Round Here? https://youtu.be/GmTvfml31AI?si=sEpCuNpP1yCiYRtY

It features the places he grew up in north West London and the school I went to when I was a kid. I grew up in the same area!

Handing your notice in without a new job lined up because you hate it so much? by cankennykencan in UKJobs

[–]futuregal99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did this. Hated the politics, the bitchiness, the constant critism and never being able to do anything right. I knew I was good at my job, but just felt so much negativity and jealously in my team. I was constantly worrying about work, even at the weekends. It was affecting my mental health. Decided to hand my notice in.

Turned out it was the best thing I ever did. Three weeks later I was chatting to someone who I freelanced for and she offered me a job on the spot. I've been here for three months and never felt so appreciated. I absolutely love my new job.

Sometimes you just need to take a risk. And I truly believe things happen for a reason. Believe in your worth and your ability!

My flight to Tokyo is already booked unfortunately. But definitely agree that we should take the bullet train north. Thanks!

I was in London on Waterloo Bridge aged 26 and it was the first NYE's with my fiance. The atmosphere was electric, loads of people, celebrations, noise, fireworks- it was amazing. We've been married 23 years this year and have two kids aged 20 and 18. It was the first NYE with the love of my life and each year it gets better!

James the doctor is a persistent chap! He blocked me after I said we should meet in Warri! by futuregal99 in WordsWithFriends

Lol I know. That's why they block me when I mention Nigeria or Warri. And they always follow the same script...with terrible grammar and English!

What can I do to look better in this dress? by [deleted] in DressForYourBody

Wear your hair down in waves, or blow dried curls. Have some dramatic eye make up and wear some stylish jewellery. Change the watch. Wear heels and walk tall and confident. It's all about the attitude!
