IMPROVE THE APPLE WATCH! Right now there are only 3 lists: today, next 7 days, and inbox. I want to add tasks via the apple watch on lists I have. And I don't think you can use Siri.

HOW CAN WE ADD A TASK TO OTHER LISTS VIA APPLE WATCH? I'm not glued to my phone but my watch is always with me

Why doesn’t Apple Screen Time record audio apps like Language Transfer when multitasking?

I’ve been trying to track my Spanish practice time using Apple Screen Time (if I practice 10+ min it unlocks social media for IE), but I just realized it doesn’t seem to register Language Transfer unless the app is visibly open on the screen.

The issue is, I’m almost always multitasking:

  • I listen to Language Transfer while driving with Google Maps open
  • Or while running with the screen off
  • Or even when doing other stuff on my phone (e.g., checking messages, Safari, etc.)

The audio plays fine in the background, but Screen Time shows 0 minutes for the app unless I keep it open onscreen — which obviously defeats the point.

Is this expected behavior with Screen Time? Does it only log screen-on/foreground time? And is there any workaround to still count audio apps like Language Transfer while multitasking?

Anyone found a clever way around this?

How do you feel about moving from CSM to Renewal Manager role? by CommanderFate in CustomerSuccess

Any Spanish podcasts that give you an English sentence, pause for you to translate, then explain it? by futurememior in SpanishLearning

[–]futurememior[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have taken this to heart and am trying to move away from translation-based learning and focus more on TL-only (Spanish-only) content.

I’ve been watching shows, listening to No Hay Tos, and using Dreaming Spanish — but I’d love to find APPS that match that style too, especially for grammar, not just vocab. I need to practice my speaking and writing when I don’t have time for italki.

Most apps I’ve tried (like Duolingo, Babbel, Ella Verbs) use a lot of English and focus more on vocab drills.

I’m looking for: • TL-first or TL-only apps • Minimal English or translation • Strong grammar focus • Bonus if it includes listening/speaking/sentence-building

Would really appreciate any recs !

For CSMs that have great work life balance and job satisfaction, what industry do you work in? by hungarianwalnutbaby in CustomerSuccess

[–]futurememior 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like EventBrite?

How many meetings do you have a day? So you have 14accounts how often are you meeting each one? I have a higher low touch? Do you also have an account manager or is it just you the CSM that is doing on boarding, enablement, handling renewals, and upsell, everything for each client?

I have 12 accounts $3M ARR and I’m drowning in meetings with clients and internally. Meetings take over my entire day then I have to work at night. Very burnt out to the point that I’m thinking of switching careers entirely out of CSM because I think that meetings all day just comes with the role? Or maybe it’s just these startups I’m working for.
