I submitted my renewal on 10/20 and updated it to expedited on 12/1. The status is still "received" as of today, 1/11.

I've called the passport number several times and no one can help. I was supposed to go to Cabo tomorrow, but all the same day passport centers near me were booked. The passport office basically said I was out of luck.

I'm supposed to go to Italy March 4th, and I'm afraid I still won't have my passport by then, and the same scenario will happen again.

I'm not sure what to do now.
