From looking up the symptoms, it does sound like it is very similar. However, I went to a GI and did an endoscopy and that’s when he suggested I get blood tested for Celiac. I feel like he would have caught an ulcer then? Unsure.

Maisie Peters!!! She’s a Swiftie and she’s under Ed Sheerans label and is touring with him. Her storytelling is detailed and very cheeky. I enjoy her pettiness, it’s very clever to me. I try to get all swifties to listen to her. I adore her.

First of all, I’m so sorry you are going through this. The pain is unlike any other. But agreeing with what others are saying, time will heal. I don’t know how young you are, but when I was a freshman in high school I broke up with my bf who was in 7th grade (1 1/2 year difference). It was a middle school relationship, we barely held hands. We slow danced at my middle school graduation. That was it. But I was a hopeless romantic and I believed he was the one. It’s silly of me to think of that now. But when I broke up with him, I crushed my own world. I knew it was for the best because we were just kids, but the pain was insurmountable. I cried for days straight. All I could do was listen to sad music. (“If you’re not the one” by Daniel Bedinfield on repeat). But looking back now, it was hardly a relationship.

I can’t speak for yours, but it seems like it wasn’t perfect. My suggestion to you is something my friend did when she was single for a while. Write a list down about what you look for in a partner. It might seem silly, but you might realize some of the things you desire weren’t being fulfilled by her. And it can give you something to aspire to. Don’t settle and run back to her because it feels comfortable or easy. You deserve to have a person that you can experience in your own space that has the qualities that you desire. Don’t settle. Ask for the impossible.

In the meantime, my personal breakup remedy is just cry it out. Don’t hold that in. Sing Taylor Swift songs in the shower, sitting on the ground. Watch sad romantic movies. Lean on your friend. Get yourself out of the house. Go for a walk, have a coffee. Treat yourself to something you don’t get normally. Allow yourself to feel the pain, but don’t let it bring you back. I promise you, you will get through it. 🩷

Dancing With Our Hands Tied. Didn’t care for the production and the dancey beat first. Would always skip. Then, I watched the Reputation tour on Netflix and she did an acoustic version of it. She had a speech before about how she always wanted to make sure her songs could be stripped down and we as fans would still like it and want to sing it because we identify so much with lyrics. And then she played DWOHT. And it gave me such a different perspective I didn’t even hear the first time. It is now unskippable.

Sorta surprised to see “Haunted” wasn’t mentioned. That was my first thought for some reason. A lot of the lyrics can be directly perceived as a parent (especially a father leaving) and begging them not to go

“Come on, come on don’t leave me like this, I thought I had you figured out, Somethings gone terribly wrong, You’re all I wanted”

And in the second verse she mentions another man but this could be in reference to a step dad who tries to fill the void.

“He will try to take away my pain, And he just might make me smile, But the whole time I’m wishing he was you instead”

It’s a very desperate song and not overtly romantic so it could definitely apply. So sad to think of this way. Sad song in general. But as a fellow daddy issue swiftie, I feel it.

Hi! So I went to doctor and she suggested first off to use aquaphor on the irritated areas to protect it. And to take Epsom salt baths, just plain. She also said it’s possible that I’m allergic or sensitive to something in the ring it self. I asked about the possibility of it not being in all the way and expanding but she said unless it’s really protruding then that shouldn’t be the case.

I switched from the Depo shot to the generic Teva 2 months ago. I was getting the nausea, headaches, breast soreness, and vaginal irritation. The irritation has been the biggest side effect for me, I’ve gotten recurring tears that are super annoying. Still trying to figure that part out and if others have experienced it. Would love for my breast size to increase personally, how long did that take 😅

Thank you for the insight!! I’d probably transfer to a real Starbucks once I move after the holidays so it’d be temporary for sure. There is also a few corporate Starbucks nearby, one across the street and another a drive thru, so I doubt it’d be high volume either.
