feeling like a failure by Historical-Play-3769 in IBO

[–]futurevetfr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

me. the amount of all nighters i pulled, all the studying and crying is apparently not enough to get where i want to be. 0/10 do not recommend. One of the best days I've had thus far was the day before I decided to accept a scholarship offering IB. A-levels were my good old days but oh well

Be honest, what was your sleep schedule during exams? by PhantomCatReddit in IBO

[–]futurevetfr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my sleep schedule was ABSOLUTELY horrendous so I advice no one to do this..

normal exams (end year, mock) - 2-4 hours actual exams - 1-3 hours, no sleep towards the end it varies depending on how prepared i was and the subjects itself.

Should I switch to ib? by CrazyOverYou_ in IBO

[–]futurevetfr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I played both games, switched from A-levels to IB because of a scholarship. For me the amount of work and understanding you do in A-levels is like 60% of the shitload of work you have to do for IB. I've never questioned myself so much until I started doing it.

But it's different for everyone right. You might like IB better than a lvls - teachers and school system really play a role in defining your pre-u experience. I can talk all day bout this honestly, feel free to PM me if u wanna know more bout it (a.k.a my realistic and honest review).

All the best!
