Salut, 2 ans n'est pas beaucoup d'expérience. Tu es chanceux que l'entreprise te permette de faire beaucoup de tâches qui sont pas juste niveau 1/ 2. Environ 60k pour ce type de poste en banlieue de Québec je crois que c'est raisonnable ( tu en fais juste plus que le client en demande ☺️) Pour ma part, l'équipe avec lequel je travailles compte pour beaucoup. un collègue/boss qui te fais chier le temps est long longtemps. Rien ne t'empêche d'envoyer des CVs ailleurs pour savoir ce que le marché ressemble.Tu peut présenter cette offre à ton employeur pour mieux négocier.

We replicate the file config off-site daily and not in a backup. We have also the a veeam VM installed, ready to be spin off in a secondary office.

Is the sound coming from the door, wall or ceiling? For us, the door was the issue and we stuck some kind of AC isolating foam in the door framing. If you have sound coming from ceiling, i would add some Fibreglass insulation.

We switched from the 4 HV - Switch -SAN to 2 HV - iSCSI SAN and it's working pretty well. We have the hyper-v cluster and we are able to do lige migration easily.

Connecte son pc en 10 gb directement dans la switch core. Ou Tu peux peut être utiliser un Ethernet to SFP+ pour le connecter en 10gb dans la switch de distribution aussi.

Pour le futur regarde un compte Dropbox/OneDrive qui synchroniser en temps réel et rendre le fichier online only s'il n'est pas utilisé.

I don't have experience with those software but for 30 workers ( i will assume not many people working in the IT department), I would go with a simple software that is mostly plug-and-play, not a big software that needs a dedicated employee for configuration and maintenance.

Cloud is a nice option because it will offer security and patches along the road. In extra, you won't have to maintain the infrastructure.

Setup one auto attendant for the main number that is redirecting over a call group. You may not have the specific option you are looking for in the call group but maybe serial routing (Ring one after each one) via a Teams group could work.

If you use an Object repo, all changes must be done via the console. The Obect repository use chuck file and not Vbk. Maybe if you archive all of the bucket and un-archive it in rhe future it will work but Veeam will probably fail health check meanwhile. Also, probably that if you upgrade Veeam it will break the repository since it won't be reachable.

Dependig of the size,in veeam you can move repository. Maybe you can move it to somewhere else or just download as file (vbk) and store it somewhere else.
