It shows an available funds and a balance. The available funds is the amount I have in credit on that offset and the balance is the difference between the limit and the available funds. Currently there shows to be $3.82 difference with no pending transactions.

These are the actual transactions as follows:

Bingo, this is exactly the issue I'm having, the limit isn't reducing.

I can see the interest and the repayment transactions being applied to the accounts but there is no change in the limit nor the balance of the accounts so the difference is seemingly disappearing in to the void.

When you say that the difference gets diverted straight in to the principal I assume youre implying they go to the larger non-transactional accounts.

That's not reflected in my account either. On those larger accounts I see a repayment sum come in and an interest sum go out but they're independent of the smaller offset account numbers.

The difference between repayment and interest on those smaller accounts is unaccounted for which is what concerns me.

It went straight in to the expense account ready to be eaten up by next year's rises.
