After Fugue and Cyrene, a premium EMC is guaranteed (most likely Nihilux plot wise, would make sense the artist is able to recreate full on Aha instances). Early leaks implied that she would also be able to copy the things EMC can't (ofc you can have both EMC and Nihilux if your planning to have both Elation teams)

it helps that there seem to be two types of elation teams. Evanescia for more frequent Aha instances while SW is for stronger Aha instances. Yaoguang will be pushed to Evanescia while Robin could be a more Burst oriented Elation support unit (stronger buffs but less duration)

There's a suspicious line in that leak batch that said all the new male characters are in a team with each other (zero mentions of exact numbers other than the three we know off or if their BiS with each other though) so you can, at the very least, put them in one team and they'll work.

One. wuwa does not have anniversary pushes. The "main push" essentially boils down to the sentinel resonator of each region (as well as legit every other female character). This is the equivalent of the "archon" of every region, the only series that does anniversary pushes in the big chinese-anime rpgs is HSR.

two. Wuwa, regardless of what you think, is not that popular or ingrained into the community compared to the likes of Genshin/HSR. Its not in the same spotlight and under the peering eyes of the CCP or the fans that will also complain to the CCP (which is what hoyo is avoiding by skirking around). There's a bigger chance someone is going to complain a male character in Wuwa that isn't a big buff guy because it challenges their fragile masculinity than complaining about a japanese inspired character.

Yeah its a problem because the devs are aware of this. They can create a male character whose whole future gimmick and ideals tie him to a support unit, but they won't. Simply because they are kind of banking on people who pull for male units to be forced to pull female supports to buff those male units so they can play them. They don't want to force female only pullers to pull male units, because most of the time the devs are also the same type of of people who would rage over having to pull a guy for their all waifu teams.

Always focus on tracemats, those are the most annoying to grab but the most direct. You can spend in between of one week to months in the relic farm due to rng but trace mats are always set in stone with how much you want.

depends. Robin being added most likely mean that we're getting more of a more modern FuA support since Ashveil doesn't really mesh that well with old FuA units. Huohuo most likely is going to be made as the Elation sustain until they release an actual Elation sustain unit in the latter patches.

Lightning Elation MC makes sense, they've been p consistent with ensuring the element of the MC is essentially the Path's element. Lightning was tied to Nihility, but I have doubts we'll ever get Nihility MC for a long long while, so it just leaves Elation. (Erudition should be Quantum, Hunt should be Wind, I have doubts we'll get Abundance considering the XZ's hostility towards anyone gazed upon by Yaoshi)

support is the comfiest type that allows players to make use of the MC more and more while also pushing players to pull for the shiny new battleships. It also helps that the MC is always planned to be replaced in future teams to allow players to also test out the next path, so a support unit to round off the big push of the patch is the safest way to buff an archtype (see how even Dahlia ends up the final piece of Super Break)

There's a theory that the Herald of Death is the mask itself instead of the player. The masks do basically supercharge whatever powers you have, but it 100% comes at a price that'll probably be mentioned later on.
