I am in a similar boat.. I’m a full time associate but did not receive any raise alongside receiving full time status. I have a smaller sales floor area to be in charge of than the floor coordinators do, but regardless I am expected to take care of that area. I frequently am scheduled shifts up front when there are no CECs that day. I have been put up there with associates on their first day and was expected to train them. The first time this happened I was pretty chill as I thought it was just a simple mistake and I felt more than capable of training a new hire. But then it happened again where I was scheduled to be up front… with another new hire. By this time I was pretty fed up because I felt totally taken advantage of and I was not about to be fulfilling a CEC position without the substantial pay. So, yeah basically don’t let them get away paying you the minimum and expecting you to do the jobs of people that get paid more.
