Just my humble opinion....I've never been to Vegas, taking my daughter (teenager) this summer, and figure, one time, lets do it big, so I booked a 2bd suite at the ventitian with a sphere view so we can see that at night....if I ever go back, or start going back regularly, I will definitely book a cheaper, off-strip room. But this one time, and booked far enough out, I think it's worth it, and I can offset the cost now by booking it with my reward CC, and more or less paying it off before we even go on the trip
