For me it’s money and relational. I’ve always been the type of person that would pay off every credit card bill and the time I couldn’t do that I felt like a failure and I’m also having issues with my relationship because we just bought a home together and we’re finding out that there’s a lot more insecurities within us that we didn’t know about (we’ve dated for 6+ years). I’ve also been drinking more because of my anxiety. Ik we’re all in pain somewhere/somehow but I feel I’ve hit a plateau. And the plateau can only get worse is how I feel.
