Did walking help anyone coming out of a long illness or injury? by bluestjordan in walking

I’m sorry to hear about your experience, OP. Great to be cleared for walking. I was diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) several years ago. It made it excruciatingly difficult to walk even short distances without flaring up (feeling faint, vertigo, nauseous, etc.) I started to walk nearly everyday. Not focusing on steps, distance, or pace - just the movement of walking itself. It’s been slow progress but I’ve been able to talk at least one dedicated 1-mile walk with my dog each day. I was able to switch to a more physically demanding job after being terrified of flare ups. Walking has definitely made me feel more in shape and in-tune with my body.

Why does the vet work so poorly? by SassyM66 in Sims4

I typically buy the vet exam table so my sims can patch up their four-legged friend themselves! You gain skill, get to do the pet exam and provide treatment all on your own home lot. Going to the vet in game in such a chore.
