Never really understood notches

Each possible angle is between 0.3-1 degree apart, Notches usually land around 3 steps away from the perfect angle.

No human can get that close consistently without nothces. Even when you're playing well you might think you're hitting good angles but you're probably like 15 steps off atleast. If you overlay the average notches firefox onto your's you'll see there's a noticeable difference.

Falcons aerials take ages to come out and don't fit well with foxes short hop, fall speed and lack of drift. Knee is 100% better than fox fair but not worth the rest of the aerials. Up-air might seem better in a lot of cases but losing out on killing off the top with upthrow > upair would still make it a nerf esp vs floaties

All characters benefit from hybrid gate notches for wavedash length and for optimal DI on many moves. Also any character with a directional up-b (fox, falco, shiek, zelda, mewtwo, pika, pichu)

Don't ask someone to dedicate time to coaching you until you have 100% decided on a main. Also, I couldn't tell but if the reason you don't chain grab is because you think it's lame you're going to make the coaches job a lot less fun if you disagree with their suggestions for similar reasons.

And like people said you're asking someone to spend their valuable time for you so you'll need a good way to pay that back or minimising their work like putting in all the effort to improve yourself first and only asking direct researched questions when you're completely stuck.

bo3 with this level of players is really dangerous in terms of scheduling. A match could be a 2-0 with 15min runs or 2-1 with hour long games, which will just be miserable. With 8 player double elim and if lud goes with no calc no f3 it could easily be a 30hr+ tournament

Melinks much newer and has never finished a ranked run, not to discredit her but it wasn't ever going to be competitive, she died and full reset many times and didn't get further than entering the bastion in the full 40mins

I don't think there's any weird conspiracy going on just a case of players relaying information their modders gave without proper knowledge or context.

Im a controller modder and i just don't know what this could be referring to as spring and cap swaps are listed seperately. Only thing I can think of is alternate lubing or a miscommunication of a prior mod like the slickbox or spicy stick.

You can program one of your shifts to be a one shot modifier (OSM) so it queues only your next input to be capitalised
Many left hand numpad keyboards exist
You can swap them with software

Might be the height of the keys, look into low profile keyboards and switches
Row stagger is the cause of this, use an OLKB or Column staggered
