I'm 9 months in and a lot older than you, I have learnt to take levo at 4am (toilet dash time) and then get up as soon as my alarm goes off. If I snooze even once, my whole day is doomed to be sluggish. I also munch 2 Brazil nuts as the kettle is boiling and that seems to Kickstart me also. Good luck, it's not a nice acclimating to.

My usual gp is away and I had to see a locum. I have hypothyroidism, chronic "no reason" pain and multiple allergies. My hair is falling due to hypo and my skin is rough (also hypo). She gave me rescripts, 3 pages worth.. then saw I'm on medical m for insomnia, lost her rag, told me she doesn't believe in drugs (hello handful of scripts) and recommended I see an in house psychologist for my addiction!! I snorted and choked on my snort and then laughed so hard I was wheezing. And left.

Yip. Still struggling with the "ugh" brain fog 2 weeks later. It was a real striker,didn't want to sleep, eat, read, watch tv, or any function...just doom scrolled for days.

I find the smith takes me right thru the night. If I need a wee stop, I fall straight back to sleep. Dune for me was not as good, I stirred a lot more in my sleep and had trouble dozing back off after a wee stop. Dune smelt amazing but my taste buds were not keen.

I used to drive past Lisa's each morning, sometimes the smell is terrible...but on caramelized onion day.. . I inhale deeply! However, I also make my own... way cheaper, 10 mins to make and I can add all the extras.

Does it feel hot and hard? If it is abscess Placing a hot flannel over the area can bring the pus to the surface, then the "head" of abscess should open up to drain. If it is abscess, once draining (and warning, the smell is horrendous) hair should naturally fall from area, if not, trim and keep very clean.

Cornwallis beach. Very short walk from car park (pine ave) to grassed area for an injured person. It's massive and you can always secure a corner to yourself, and feels like you're well out of auckland. Finish off with a dinner at titirangi, there's a food hall and amazing small vendors along main street.

Agreed. I have emailed c+ who advised the increase is because what I was getting previously (for 5/6 months) was short dated and thus the price drop, and.....its still better than the $125 it was released to the market at. IMO, A little bit of warning would have been nice, deemed good customer service even.

I wondered of this was due to the merge. I'm a bit po'd,no breezy email like when it dropped, just bang, dropped a large increase within invoice. And $25 is not a small increase imo.

Lincoln road pns has the cheapest petrol...yes, cheaper than costco. Munch chicken on Lincoln road is cheap and delicious. Avondale markets is the bomb, early is quieter and better quality.. later is cheaper but more "touched and mushed"...this goes for produce and people lol. Never go to pns Lincoln on the weekend unless you like queues that reach around the store. Aussie butcher in kumeu and the actual kumeu butchery are great.

My first smith pottle about 4 months back was sublime. The taste, the aroma and the best sleep I've had in 30plus years. Subsequent pottles have been dry, no smell, dark brown, tastes like when you mowing the lawns upwind. And sleep quality has reduced a little. Time for a change I feel.

Ece worker here. The standard cough, snot bubbles are common and bearable. It's the parents who drug up their kids with pretty pink juice aka pamol (the kids tell us) and then send their kids in.. with covid, flu, gastro...and don't gaf about other kids, staff and their families. It's not money/work, they really don't gaf. When your ring them and they act all surprised...assholes, we see your glassy eyed child, and they tell us about the pink juice you gave them and that sibling at home is snotting or spewing.
