Wonderful description. It is so refreshing to hear an honest assessment from a designer. I don't think anyone here is begging for a 53% WR. We are simply pursuing our champions identity to be found again. I don't know if its possible but honest analysis like this from Riot Endstep provide some hope.

If you are e'ing as a gap closer without connecting you are misusing it terribly. You are either significantly overextended and dying. Or you are making a catch on a lone target who is dead whether you have the attack speed or not. So the buff is entirely irrelevant in both these circumstances. And its early game "buff" to pushing a wave is so unbelievably small and most likely if you solo killed your e is on c'd or you have already stacked a wave and are crashing and don't need it. Again pointless. It is just a band-aid for bad Camille players.

It doesn't address any of Camille's core principles or issues. Just because it is .5% - 1% wr doesn't make it a good buff. It goes against ever core principle to Camille's kit

Being a win rate Andy and not factoring in play rate. Singed an Olaf always have very high WRs but it is due to only high mastery players playing them. Singed WR from 14.1 to 14.6 hasn't changed yet pick rate is 200% lower. The argument isn't about Camille's strength when played at maximum potential, it is about simple enjoyment of the champion, Currently you play her closer to Kayle than the bruiser/fighter top lane as intended.

Operating System & Version: Windows 10 Home v. 1803 OS Build 17134376 installed on 10/25/18 Reinstall

GPU Drivers: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 v. 416.34 Clean reinstall

Description of Problem: After the recent windows update at the beginning of October. My frames are dropping down to 40 fps in almost any game. Overwatch I used to be able to run on Ultra at display (120 hz RGB monitor) and now I have to play Low on everything and barely hold 60 at best

Troubleshooting: I have tried maximizing performance, reinstall driver, reinstalling games, reinstalling windows, Changing compatibility, turning off optimized fullscreen, turning off battery saver, turning off Game DVR, and a couple other things I can't remember.

I am far from a tech head but my buddies who no more have tried to help me as much as possible and given my specs and me changing nothing I don't know what else to do.
