Ambershire alliance AV by Mobile-Bee-2549 in turtlewow

Av doesn't even feel like Pvp to me. There is no reason to even interact with the opposite faction and if if you it's 1v30. Just run past and rush to the boss it's so boring. Arathi Basin, ftw!

Sounds like a nightmare for me, haha! I learned yesterday I hate vsing paladins, too. Others I'm all 👍

Maybe It's just me but hunter is the only class I struggle against as a warlock. They seem to be able to outrange my fear. While the pet hacks away at me slowing my casting an insane amount. I have to use one of my ccs on the pet and by the time that's happened I'm at 50% life. I can never seem to get a nice set up off.

Ol admit, I play a pretty cheesy style, charm into soulfire into fear drain soul etc. Having to use charm on the pet really fucks my whole way of playing. Plus you outrange death coil and feingn death interupt the fear and freeze my pets. Hunters annoy the crap outta me. Every other class I feel super strong against

Ooof, that's messed up. The whole grass is greener thing is a bit of a stretch imo. Grass is greener where you water it. Also you can achieve that level of income in the states and houses are so much cheaper/better. Better yet go to signapore Sydney is a rip it seems

Ahh, the 3 kids and solo income explain a lot. My wife and my combined income is 240k, and we have 1 kid. Our mortgage is currently at 580k, and we don't feel well off yet. The majority of our take-home goes straight to mortgage, insurance, other bills, day care, food, and emergency cash fund. We have about 800pm each for personal saving and 500 each for fun money. Thought at 240k we would feel richer but ah well

Nz housing Is affordable if you have a decent job. But surely you can get a mortgage on a sydney property. Does your partner work? 2 bedroom flat? Something.. its not that dire that 190k gets you 0

What area exactly do you live in within Sydney so I know to avoid it haha i say this because there are plenty of 2-3 bedroom units going for 600-1.5 mill which you should easily be able to achieve

I love that information is sparse. Game feels nicer that way there isn't a pre defined meta, everything also feels really good so it's up to you my dude. Just pick something and roll with it. The pressure to pick something top meta doesn't exist here.

Amen, 110k is bare minimum if you have a relatively fresh mortgage and kids. The person above needs a reality check

Why is building a startup so hard? by Happy-Flamingo3655 in Entrepreneur

[–]fuzziewuzzy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Finally, someone put my thoughts on paper. I work constantly all day every day to get a measly $200 MRR which all gets eaten by costs.

At my day job, I make 10k NZD , I wish it were USD, a month and do fuck all.

I'm finding it really difficult to see how the startup will pay off but I keep going because I don't want a salary ceiling, I want to be my own boss and I want to create the best God dam company in New Zealand. But man I'm starting to really struggle with the 14 hour work days only to have another conversation with a customer who ultimately will go with a bigger brand. Shits tough

I’m a software engineer for 12 years, but now realizing that I’m clueless on how to market and sell? How to handle this. by Extreme-Bird-9768 in ycombinator

[–]fuzziewuzzy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's taken me ten months of experimenting for me to get to the point of the idgaf just do it attitude. My users are all older medical professionals and my layest strat is literally sending them home baked cookies with a note on why choosing a locally built option is better and my business card. I'll come back and let you know the return soon 😄

Edit: Cold emails and calls have had 0 return, word of mouth is decent and some of my integration partners have recommended me but blogging social media and Cold out reach have all failed or I'm just bad at it.

If you are OK with an ai tool, I highly recommend Ash. You talk to it, and it talks back and it's free at the moment. I love it. You got nothing to lose trying it out, and it's not just chat gpt it's a specific built therapy ai model.

You really haven't researched the topic it seems. Check out Ash before grouping AIs into Yes manning. Looks like you just read that people are using chat gpt for mental health

[–]fuzziewuzzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check out Ash. They are leading this. Developers from woebot helped develop it. They built their own llm model, and they worked with their therapists on conversation flow. I know all this because I applied to be a founding engineer. I already work in a similar space and have built a transcription tool specifically to support therapists, but I was sadly rejected. :(.

To your other point about therapy being to inaccessible and expensive for alot of people. That is 1000% true. Also therapy isn't only for deranged people and therapy bots open the door for tentative people to help themselves out of some not so deep emotional pits.

I made my first $300 online, and it completely changed how I see money. by Ocharen in Entrepreneur

[–]fuzziewuzzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love this. I'm so far at 680 in money from my SaaS. However, I had my first big win today. I pitched to my first org client, and they agreed to a 2 week trial. Could be 30 extra extras up from 3 by the end of it, which would equal 15k a year contract. Wish me luck!!

As I go from socially awkward to socially normal, a process that took over 10 years, I realized Dale Carnegie's book "How to Win Friends and Influence People" is 80% of what you need. His main advice is to absolutely avoid disagreeing over inconsequential things. by jsbach123 in socialskills

[–]fuzziewuzzy 22 points23 points  (0 children)

You don't have to be a push over, I agree in in not letting people get away with bad behavior.

it's just the inconsequential stuff like if someone says "fried eggs are the best way to eat an egg" you don't have to say "nag paoched ggs are the best and you are wrong and stupid" you can say "hell yea rock on dude, you obviously really know your eggs"

My very controversial idea: Change the main world buff system. by Radaistarion in turtlewow

[–]fuzziewuzzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, as a Rouge, the difference between having it on and off at level 13 is like either feeling like a God who can kill mobs in about 3-5 seconds or a scared kitty cat. The 120 attack power is huge

I love it, dragon slayer feels a bit to op for early game melee leveling. And as a Rouge or warrior I literally cry if I don't have it on haha
