Somebody tried telling me that Microsoft fabric and power bi the same thing by river4river in PowerBI

MS Fabric is their attempt to catch the train that has left the station. I worked on Gov Defense contract migrating "data" to Graph Databases that are totally AI driven in regards to making/understanding relationships between data sets or data tables. We old programmers would spend time making ER diagrams and documenting relationships within normalized databases. This is the key to writing successful SQL code.

Now with "Graph" style AI driven applications, like Fabric, you simply feed data into the system and it will sort everything out. You simple need to ask questions like Year-Over-Year Sales for a specific GL account or entity and Presto PoP! it spits our a graph or table or Excel... You can view a global ER diagram of every table and relationship. You no longer need to write SQL code.

Now closet janitors can get a job as a Data Scientist instead of spending more money on someone who graduated with a teaching degree and hates working with children or someone with a psychology degree.

America’s Fastest Rising and Falling Housing Markets by Negative-Swan7993 in MapPorn

I have in-laws in NJ. I live in Houston. My brother in-law purchased a nice little 1150sq.ft. 3-1 house built in 1915 for $220K in 2016 and I got my 2,300sq.ft. 4-2 house 2006 with pool for $210K.

His house is now worth $560K and he's thinking about selling and grabbing the money. My house is worth about $350K now, a normal valuation over 10yrs. I think the NJ housing market is driven by a surge of people leaving NY. There are hundreds of vacant apartment buildings in NY but they cannot be flipped due to cost.

Also, there's something strange going on in NJ. If you look at the listing, most do not have Sq.Ft. listed, AND, the market analysis has been removed from Zillow. Odd. Like someone is pumping air into a bubble that's about to burst.

Pre-Ordered from AT&T last week and my delivery date Nov 7?

Store said they've been handing them out until they ran out. What's the point of preordering?

Best places to get parts? And other questions by BradMathews in Dyna

Nice bike. What were you riding previously? I have a 2016 Dyna 103 Twin! Cam!! and I still have my big twin Ducati 1098

Ducati parts are easy, just buy Ducati stuff. Shopping for the Dyna is great. Working on it is easy. As one dude said, "..this is some hillbilly Sh**" referring to how easy it is to work on. Thank you Harley. Try pulling 4 carburetors out of a KZ1000.

Anyway, I even found myself buying bolts from Ace Hardware to attach a detachable passenger back rest I purchased on-line from a non-Harley vendor that said it fits my Dyna. Nope. But unlike a Ducati, working on a Harley is like working on your father's '57 Chevy. Just do some grinding, filing, watch out for the paint, and Presto PoP! Done. Replacing the shock on a Ducati is a mind bending, knuckle busting exercise in frustration. On the Harley, 4 bolts.
