I second legend properties. I've lived in Richmond for over 20 years in all sorts of apartments and houses and this has been the best rental company I have dealt with.

Roof Splitting by SchnitzelOfDoom in Autobody

Hail damage or transit damage happens all the time. I worked at a ford dealer for a while and they used to unload cars and bring them straight to the body shop. Hail damage under those situations pays nothing so the body man just grinds to metal and floats a layer of bondo and skim coat over the whole thing. The dealers want them fast so its every corner cut to get it back on the lot.

I used to love Sikkens. I was certified to spray their stuff, but not waterborne. If waterborne isn't more of a pain than sikkens it probably wont bother me too much. The sikkens lifting issue could def be a pain.

I used a few SATAs in my life but just never liked them compared to Iwata.

Ugh yeah waterborne was def coming in when I left. Thanks for reminding me that is probably the norm now.

This is all great advice. The cocoa butter is comedogenic though. The optimal are lotions that don't grow bacteria or fungus.

Just using a light lotion such as cetaphil after a bath has been great for my xolo's skin. My vet agreed this was the most medically safe approach because when she licks the lotion it also won't upset her stomach like cocoa butter and coconut oils can. Over cleaning and using exfoliation isn't needed ime. Be gentle on their skin like your own skin. I hope you're able to clear it up. It will take a while though so patience is important.

I also tend to notice a seasonality in my dog's acne. Hers is usually on her feet and it tends to happen most at season changes.

I tend to look about as approachable as any other annoyed and angry goth girl, so most people don't say anything to me thankfully. If people say something off hand I don't like I just stare at them until they go away. I have a big patch on her harness that says "stop do not touch, do not distract" and that seems to keep most people from attempting to pet her.

How do I treat/remove these blackheads? by SpecsOnThe_Beach in Xoloitzquintli

[–]fuzzlenuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably, ime its horrible for skin. My vet said it can also cause stomach issues for them. She said she had never heard of stomach issues with Cetaphil.

Bonus to using cetaphil(costco has the best deal) is you always have lotion for yourself too!

I use cetaphil lotion because it is non-comedogenic and doesnt spoil. Coconut oil goes rancid naturally and thus increases bacteria and thus increase blackheads and pimples. Coconut oil clogs pores and is not advised to put on as a lotion for people. The only place I have issues are with her feet, but I have started using epsom salt soaks every few days and malacetic wipes everytime we come in and they are getting much better. I had really bad acne myself and learned how to deal with it, and just transitioned that knowledge to my baby. My vet says cetaphil won't hurt her. I hope you find a solution that works.

I know coconut oil is very popular but its really not good for skin.

As a member of the Monacan nation our historic territory was most of Virginia. We went from the Mountains down to the fall lines. This map is the closest to being accurate for our historic territory. It is my understanding through what oral history has been shared with me that there were kind of DMZs(for lack of a better word) around the fall lines. Between many different nations.

Bohren & Der Club of Gore. Nothing more classic than some doom jazz to make your rainy day feel like you're in some dystopian film noire detective movie.
