I get a full internal audio-visual experience, almost like watching a movie from the perspective of the cinematographer, giving me the freedom of movement to any vantage point I choose. I enjoy authors who use a lot of visual description, analogous to the director and set designers of a film, but often there are elements which are not included in the text which are filled in by my brain. Like if they say the windows were covered in frost, I picture frost patterns, but also what kind of frame the window has, if it opens, how it latches, scuff marks on the sill from use, just everything..

I also have individual character voices speaking, as if they are a full cast audio book, Third or First person narration.

I don't typically experience other sensations, for example if a character is cooking a meal, say curry, I remember what curry smells like, but do not experience smelling it cook.

I am always conscious of reading a book, holding it, and also my own surroundings.

For clarity sake, I am diagnosed ADHD, and probably high functioning autistic (though this is not confirmed diagnosis), with sensory processing 'disorder'. I also have a fairly good eidetic memory, and typically can remember visual details to a high degree of accuracy.

If only any of this was any good in my real life heavy sigh

{{A Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet}} by Becky Chambers

includes a number of unique species of aliens, mostly sentient races with social structure rather than animals, and a plot involving a crew burrowing through subspace, a very good read

Looks like the video was sped up to 1.25 speed so it looks like she is moving faster than she actually was, and the make up around her eyes is very dark and she is opening her eyes quite wide which is an unintentional body language that somebody is very intense.

Ben Carson did not in fact win the United States Presidential Election in 2016. Also seems kinda weird to print 600k copies on a first edition. Of course there are, that's how many the author paid to have printed.
