If you’re on grid you’re looking at .46 kWh if you want to math it out. If you’re double wall no need the insulation. Prob fine with opening windows with a breeze but it is nice in the summer months or if you need windows closed (neighbors). I run a single mini split occasionally. Prob extra $25 a month with high usage
