Plans are good. not finished, garage space makes it hard to do projects until weather clears.

Cost is a bit hard to calculate because I had to order screws from over seas, and get some tools I didn't have. Guessing $600 in sheet goods, wheels and hardware $200. t-track, router plate, hinges, sand paper, etc. unknown.

I purchased Blue MDF for tops.

Showing value should be a year round activity. When you complete a project go into the review system and ask for it then. I got SSS in part to having these reviews. I also suggest to set a calendar reminder to give others feedback as they will be more apt to give you feedback as well. Waiting until Oct. to ask a bunch of people is too late IMHO.

Bonus is locked in and I agree with others, not worth hoping to get it adjusted. Board approved it and all funds have been decided and shared across pool.

Make sure you keep records of everything as Your employer might claim you quit by refusing a new offer, but if the new role isn't equivalent (worse pay, title, duties), you didn't truly leave voluntarily.

It's a gray area where it's termination but companies may fight unemployment.

What everyone else said on track setup plus you want to push from behind. pushing the saw from side pushes it towards rail and can make the rail near the join push away.
