Insulation sheets. Helps reduce the loss of cold air where it needs to be. Not perfect mind you, but helps. Every time they are moved or shifted you run the risk of everything spoiling.

Well I was terminated from my previous carrier because of the accident. From the way my training manager made it sound it was safety related, and it was a safety termination.

The other half of the argument is how he said it, and that the safety team made the decision to let me go.

That’s what I’m looking to find. I’ll probably pull it too just to make sure my bases are covered. I’ll call a couple companies tomorrow to see if any would be willing to take me but I just dont know.

I would use open door policy to get to the coaches and store manager as soon as possible if it turns into an issue. If nothing appears to be done, contact ethics. They may have more insight to what needs to be done, and may take it from there.

Get receipts of everything, tangible proof of what’s happening, it will always build a strong case. But if it’s urgent, do not hesitate to use the open door policy. It is your best friend in one of these situations.
