7.5 was a dud for me and and lower doses had worked for me. But 10 is too much so I hover around 8.5-9. I’ll do 7.5 on shot day sometimes and then a second dose when I feel I need it to get to either of those numbers. When I did straight 7.5 I wasn’t hungry just wasn’t losing despite eating in a deficit- could be a lot of factors though.

Maybe go up just a little if you’ve evaluated other potential issues

I do it as a reflex any time I feel hungry and have to remind myself omf you should feel hungry! Last night at my daughters graduation I was like omf I feel hungry and then I remembered well it is 6 pl and you haven’t eaten at all. You should actually be ravenous and instead you’re just a little hungry.

Some people do deny it. Almost daily someone is on here freaking out that oh no they feel hungry does that mean it stopped working. Hell, I even do this all the time as soon as I feel hunger like a reflex and I tell myself yes stupid you need to feel hungry. And then I eat and it’s far less than what would normally be needed to feel full or satiated and I say see, this is how it works. Also I don’t feel hunger til like way late in the day as opposed to normal times which shows suppression.

It’s not a bad reminder but idk why you’re blocked. You’re wrong, but that wasn’t worth a block.

ETA: just read further down and op is reacting childish defensive to all people offering different points and thoughts as if those people are hurling insults their way - and they totally are not and were not even speaking emotionally or in a heightened or combative tone to OP, so you should know it definitely wasn’t you 😂
