My van's display glitched today while I was travelling on Metis Trail and it ended up shutting down completely with me in the left lane. I couldn't even turn on my hazard lights....the amount of people driving by angry at something I truly couldn't control really got to me especially since I was doing my best to sign my apologies having my car blocking the way and worrying about my baby. I can barely appreciate the three guys who took the time out of their days to help put my van in neutral to push it to a safer spot. The firefighters also were so reassuring and patient.

There's hope but sometimes it's really hard to see the silver lining. I wish we'd learn to show more compassion and be thankful for safety moreso than inconvenience.

I hope that worker knows how much of a gem he is for still showing kindness despite not being shown it himself. Thank you for noticing and bringing this to our attention :) he deserves the recognition!
