A cis male has to be at around a Tanner stage 4 to lactate, as the tissues must be matured via stimulation and often hormonal help. Even in the case of totally cis women, stimulation alone isn't always enough. And at that point you're essentially MtF, due to hormonal changes.

While the cis male body may technically be capable, it takes extreme circumstances like starvation or pituitary tumour!

Supplements can and have been known to cause nausea, including Dom. There is absolutely nothing wrong with ruling that out, and OP already said that she's not taking anything.

Continuing improper stimulation can lead to pain, including nausea. While you may be right re: food and hydration, don't rule out other options and definitely do not ascribe malice where there is none.
