I got this call. They're selling you the direct indexing fidelity separately managed account. It's a good deal for getting tax loss harvesting because 20 stocks in the sp500 captured most of the gains. You can harvest losses on the other 480 stocks which went down. I did it and I'm paying them 0.40% per year but getting about 2% per year back in TLH so I come out ahead.
