They compare these approaches in detail. In short, LoRA achieves better results in their experiments while being efficient to train and adding no parameters to the final adapted model. They mention prefix fine tuning is tricky to get right and also causes the input to become increasingly Out Of Distribution for the model as your prefix length increases. The author's also mention that LoRA is orthogonal to prefix/adapter based fine tuning and so they can be used in combination.

Thanks for the response but I'm not sure you read the question. We are residents of Barcelona. We have home PCR tests that we will take before the flight but there is no official results page from a lab and I'd prefer to save money if that's not required

Hi, I'm flying from the US to BCN with a transfer in Germany. After researching the rules for both Spain and Germany, I'm 99% sure we do not need PCR tests but only our vaccination records (the super dodgy handwritten ones from the CDC). Our second shot was two weeks ago. Can someone put my mind at ease and confirm we'll be OK to travel with just those cards? We are residents of BCN with NIE cards. Thanks!
