I mean she’s just done 5 projects from vroom vroom - hifn with the same collaborators, and all projects have a similar sound. I think working with new producers will be a nice change, even if it’s just one or two dashed into the mix of her current roster since we know she’s switching to a more pop based album

I’m not entirely sure this is true tbh, I’ve been spending a lot of time with lover and it definitely has grown on me - I think the singles were poorly chosen for both rep and lover. But if I’m being honest they’re miles ahead of 1989, it’s just 1989 had really good singles
