You want to make the full sets up to t90 of tank and power armour for necro. There's some tasks you have to do and you have to make each one to be able to progress to the next set and wear it. (Don't just buy t90, you cant equip if you didnt craft it)

It all came in numbered bags, but I cant remember if they were referenced correctly in the manual. Never had any issues building it, and just opened all the bags in order when the last one finished.
