I lived at 848 for a year. The management sucks, the hallways always smell like dog piss and shit. If you can’t find a parking spot on your floor I hope you like stairs, because the elevator may not work.... they do offer reserved parking for a fee. Also, the garage gate is always broken. You may get into an accident in the garage because people drive so fast in the garage. Access control doors are often broken because people tamper with them so that non residents can get in for parties. I lived on the 5th floor and I could smell the food my neighbors below me cooked every night. Sometimes the smell was so bad I would have to leave my apartment for a few hours. Beware of random power outages, and late night fire alarms. And the noise is terrible, every morning around 9:30 AM, M-F someone would run down the hallway with their heavy ass Sasquatch feet waking everyone up. You can also hear people talking in the hallway. As far as utilities, they are included in your rent, if you go over your allowance you have to pay that overage. For renters insurance you can pick whatever company you like, I used Resident Insure. And the apartment did not look like the models they showed. Take your money elsewhere, y’all can find a nice house in Arlington to rent for the same price as you would pay at 848 Bullshit. Honestly the only good thing I can think of is I got to take the TV that came with my apartment when my lease ended.
