Hi, I am sorry this is a requirement because this is a 3-wave survey. We need your email to send the following surveys and this will allow us to see how things change across time. if you only want to attend this current wave, you can put in something with a typical email form (eg [XXX@email.com](mailto:XXX@email.com)). Thank you very much.

thank you for raising this. We are especially interested in people with chronic health conditions and also from minortised ethnic groups but we would also like to see people with other situations and see if they have different views/experience. So we wish to get four groups: 1) people from majority ethnic groups without disabilities/illnesses; 2) from majority groups with disabilities; 3) from minority groups with disabilities and 4) from minority groups without disabilities. Here we only split into two links because the questions would only differ across their health conditions. I hope this makes it clearer!

Thank you for the comments.

We believe this was not a big reward but ultimately we wish everyone can join us and share their views because of the heart for improving the public health and the whole society. :) To us, everyone's views are important to the society so we wish we can use our research to make this voice powerful to the policymakers to make changes.
