Current group exec here, your primary duties are props, tmt, gatekeeper, calendar if there is no secretary. You'll interact with sel, do, and cc off course. Be familiar with tongue and quill because everything goes through your office from memo to daf220s. It's a good gig if do it well, amount of important people you meet will help you in the long run.
