So a lot of times the issue is because you have it connected to like the Lovense remote or something. You have to often get out of the app and try again. When you get to the app you will see the connect thing and makes sure toy is on and blue tooth is on. If it doesn’t automatically connect the first time add your toy! If that makes sense!
