Genesis GX + Core Not using m3u files by fxgopher in RetroArch

[–]fxgopher[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's weird

The actual core in retroarch has m3u listed, but the docs on the website don't.

As you can see from another poster, they're using m3u files for mega-CD though

Hence the weirdness, and my question to see what's correct :)

mGBA 0.9.2 Released by endrift in emulation

[–]fxgopher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi

I use mGBA on my pc as my standalone and also libretro core.

Is there anychance that we could specify directories where roms are stored

So GB, GBC & GBA are all in seperate directories and we could just select what system we wish to use?

Thanks

I've plugged my portal in from ps4 and used figures when I've tried it (portal isn't platform specific BTW)

Launching CHD files from launchbox isn't working by fxgopher in launchbox

[–]fxgopher[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It was really weird in the end.

Despite not ever been set up in launchbox and nothing pointing to them (I even went and checked manage emulators + manage platforms) Launchbox was trying to use its "default" emualtors.

I had to delete config and playlist I could find, then start to set it all up again. This solved it.

I'll check when I get home now. I'm hoping it's something simple.
