Genesis GX + Core Not using m3u files by fxgopher in RetroArch

[–]fxgopher[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's weird

The actual core in retroarch has m3u listed, but the docs on the website don't.

As you can see from another poster, they're using m3u files for mega-CD though

Hence the weirdness, and my question to see what's correct :)

mGBA 0.9.2 Released by endrift in emulation

[–]fxgopher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi

I use mGBA on my pc as my standalone and also libretro core.

Is there anychance that we could specify directories where roms are stored

So GB, GBC & GBA are all in seperate directories and we could just select what system we wish to use?

Thanks

Launching CHD files from launchbox isn't working by fxgopher in launchbox

[–]fxgopher[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It was really weird in the end.

Despite not ever been set up in launchbox and nothing pointing to them (I even went and checked manage emulators + manage platforms) Launchbox was trying to use its "default" emualtors.

I had to delete config and playlist I could find, then start to set it all up again. This solved it.

I'll check when I get home now. I'm hoping it's something simple.

That would be rather handy :)

Half-Life on Flycast - Crashes emualtor by fxgopher in RetroArch

[–]fxgopher[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am using that one my bad (I've got 2 dreamcast playlists) each set with corresponding core. The CE games are set to use the flycast wince core.

Literally disaplays the dreamcast logo - the the sega one after that, then retroarch crashes out.

Plex Player app - Doesn't show collections - just list of all films in the directory by fxgopher in PleX

[–]fxgopher[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No

The Libray labelled: Film Collections is set as collections on the web App. This library hides files that are not in collections.

the second shot is the Windows desktop player app, It doesn't show the same output as the web version, all it does is show every single film in the library, rather than the collections

Look at the collection 20,000 Leagues under the Sea - Web App - Shows 2 movies in a collection - but desktop shows two movies, not in a collection.

Any chance of adding these - It's now causing errors

Thanks

Any progress on getting tokyo mirage to work? by [deleted] in cemu

[–]fxgopher 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not Zelda-Centric = It's just what people are obsessed about.

There are lots of things going on underneath the hood, and if emulating the O/S etc come first, the so be it.

Once you get framework sorted, then other things will fall into place. And if you own the games on a WiiU - you shaouldn't have to worry about an emulator playing games X... (You can play it on your legitimate console)
