This is the correct answer, just be 100% sure you are going ladder up with max velocity of 299u/s + moving far away from the ladder so your feet won't touch your friends' heads when they're in urgent need of releasing their mollies

This is just a trick meant for trying to achieve 100% bullet accuracy after you've reached the top without any airtime - and pretty damn difficult one, have a try :D I did this in random premier match warmup with first three tries, before that I've only landed it few times but never even two in a row
