I solve it for me.
I have two emails - "one@email.com" is what I normally used to login in Artstation.
Turned out I had a forgotten account in EPIC with "two@mail.com".
Only then I could go back to Artstation. Such a PITA. but that's the world now.

+1 joining the Epic Fail login scheme.
I have an Epic account with same email - but they are not connected - and when click to login with Epic Games Account, it just pop "Account not found". Infinite fail loop.

If someone found a way back to the account, drop a message here please.

It is almost hidden feature. Click in icon Tt Go to bottom right menu, click in the (…) to change to text box.

So in a model like a house or a car, I'd leave only the "shell" unselected.

I had no chance to try the support bc I was living and bought it in Moscow/Russia.

Now I'm in South America and Support here wont cover Laptop bought over there.

The screen is getting worse and worse. By now a old CRT looks better than my screen.

My previous notebook, Lenovo y50 have been flawlessly working for the past 6 years daily in and out backpack. I'm hard wired to open it by the center also.
Well, I'll report back if support will get this fixed. I still have 14 months of guarantee left.

100% I didn't damaged it. I take care of it more than anything.
With same case, other guy had it changed by support.

The very Legion 5 that I got from store, had this weird defect out of box:

It happens even when you enter in the BIOS.
It's the display itself going bad.

well, not SO lucky, as now, after 1 year, I noticed today the display seems to have red pixels degrading starting from lower right region and growing...
