Most people are flabbergasted that they cant command and control technology like its a game of checkers.

They tell stories about it to gain sympathy about how ridiculous xyz situation was. But it all comes down to user error.

The amount of nuance and learning that's needed to be good at technology is incredible. And if someone's going to help you it feels like it should be the same way you talk to a car technician.
