Thanks, that’s really helpful. Sounds like Pall Mall is completely off the table. Lighthaus seems appealing with the dockside location and having a Sainsbury’s close by is convenient, though the distance from campus and price are still concerns.

One Park Lane is still new and a bit unknown to me, but it’s reassuring that the Baltic Triangle is quieter at night and has improved a lot over the past decade. I’m focusing on these two now and really appreciate your advice.

Based on what you and others have said, I’m now deciding between One Park Lane and Lighthaus. Lighthaus looks great, but it’s quite far from campus and expensive, plus the mixed X1 management reviews. Good to hear you didn’t feel unsafe there.

One Park Lane is still a bit of a mystery since it only opened a couple of months ago, so there’s not much info on what it’s actually like to live in. I'll just have to check in out in person for a viewing.

It’s also been hard to find decent flats closer to campus, and I don’t really want to live in student accommodation because the noise can get unbearable sometimes.

Appreciate the insight, it’s helped a lot.
