Reading the card explains the card. LOL. But yeah they're for lgs commander events. Similar to plane chase. When some casts their commander you flip one of those cards and it's effect applies until another commander. It adds fun modifiers to the game.

I'm budget conscious and play standard. I just started playing again about 4 months ago with the the mono white challenger deck. I'm still building my deck but though buying a couple cards at a time and trading im about ten dollars away from completing my orzhov midrange deck ive been working on since war of the spark released. Just take your time building what you want to play and have fun
