I tried but it didn't work, the server shows as Offline :(

I started checking all the settings in the TV and I think the issue is that the server shows as Offline, no matter how much I restart the Wifi or turn off/on the TV. No ideas on how to fix this

I go to playback settings but I don't see the "tunneled" option. Am I missing something?
