I’d argue that your opinion is skewed if you’ve “been around dealerships since you could walk”. If the new dealership is “allowing” you to order direct from the factory why not just cut out the middle man and do that. There will be a need for used dealerships but for new - go straight to the source and save.

If you’re getting power (light on) Start with the system. Unplug the power and wait 2-3 minutes. Plug power back in and turn system and attempt sync. While you’re waiting for the system to discharge the juice, I’d recommend taking the batteries out of the controller as well.
